IPS Service Center (Ed Center) is located at Walnut St. and Delaware St. in downtown Indianapolis.
Voting will take place in the boardroom. Enter from Delaware St. on the east side of the building.
Four (4) parking spaces are reserved for voters on E. Walnut.
